To ensure that your perfectly matches your hair color, we provide a tester strand enclosed in the white bag within your pink package. Prior to opening the hair extensions pack, we encourage you to utilize this strand to match the color with your natural hair! If the color doesn't align, you have a generous 45-day window to return or exchange the product, provided that the main remains sealed and untouched. The gray seal cannot be broken in order to be eligible for a refund. Simply reach out to [email protected] with your request, and we'll gladly assist you. As hair extensions are classified as hygienic items, please understand that once opened, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges, as we wouldn't want to provide you with used hair either. Your satisfaction and hair's integrity are our priorities! Please note that the aforementioned policies do not apply to our 'highlights' products, as they are non-refundable once opened.

We want to remind you that our real human hair extensions and hair sets can be easily dyed to flawlessly match your hair color whenever you decide to change your own hair color. This flexibility ensures that you can enjoy a perfect color match with every style transformation you make!

Refund & Exchanges Policy

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions. We offer refunds for unopened and unused false eyelashes within 45 days of purchase. If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to provide a refund. However, once the protective seal on the compact case is broken, no refunds can be issued. This policy is in place because false eyelashes are considered a hygienic product. For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. We take hygiene seriously and prioritize the health of our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

Nevertheless, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we apologize for any inconvenience. In such cases, please take a clear photograph and video of the issue and contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund. However, rest assured, each product undergoes manual hand-checks for sanitation to ensure you receive the best quality and version of the product.
